Account verification

As part of our regulatory obligations, you will need to provide us with documents which verify the accuracy and validity of your account information.

This is a fast, easy and completely safe process with the sole purpose of making your account more secure.

In order to complete your account verification successfully, you will be required to send us the following documents:

  1. Photograph of your Identity Card (Front/Back) or Passport.
  2. Proof of address not earlier than three (3) months from its submission to us. The following documents are acceptable:
  • Bank statement or card information note you receive via mail,
  • Utility bill: electricity / water / mobile telephony / gas bill,
  • Tax Clearance Statement (recent),
  • Solemn Statement signed and certified for the authenticity of your signature by a Public Authority (by Citizens' Advice Centre or police station), which bears a date not earlier than three (3) months before its submission to us, in combination with a copy of electricity / water / landline phone and internet / gas bill with the name of the person hosting you.

Documents such as cable TV bills, payment receipts, etc are not acceptable.

Documents should be legible,and all four (4) corners of the document should be visible (photo of the entire document).

Additionally, depending on the method by which you made your transactions, the following documents may be required:

For deposit via cards: Photo of your card (2 sides). Only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number should be displayed, as well as the holder's name and expiration date. You must cover the three-digit security code CVV on the back.

For deposit via e-banking: Copy of the bank note, bank document or screenshot showing IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and account holder name.

For deposit via e-Wallet (Skrill, Neteller, Vivawallet, etc.) : Screenshot where the holder should be shown as well as the account details (wallet id, email, etc.).

We may require identification using the method of "photo holding ID" (ie for example a photo of the customer with his ID next to his face), proof of mobile ownership (proof of mobile phone account).

Regarding this issue, we draw your attention to the Privacy Policy which you must read carefully along with these Terms and Conditions.

You will need to upload or send the documents to the following address: [email protected] from your email address that you have registered with us with your username.

Once you have completed your account verification, you will receive an informative e-mail.

In some cases, such as any investigation carried out by our company to confirm the identification of your details or any necessary investigations carried out by third parties (such as the Audit Bodies, the Auditing Authorities, etc.), we may need to contact you directly in order for you to provide us with additional information and/or to update the information we already have about you and/or to forward us one or more of the above documents in order to complete the above investigation. In the event that for any reason you do not want or can not provide this information, we may terminate your account until this is done and/or close/delete your account permanently, deactivate the account and/or freeze money that you may have deposited, especially if there are indications of mala fide provision of incorrect/distorted information on your part.
